Slick though unremarkable crime thriller with Bridges as an ex-Los Angeles sheriff who tries to crack a cocaine ring and help a prostitute (Arquette) break free of her obsessive pimp. Garcia is terrific as Arquette's menacing pimp. You Might Also Like
