Turgid, uninvolving and ineptly directed, this Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde horror spin-off features a bug-eyed Perkins as a doctor who accidentally concocts a mixture that turns him into a pasty-faced killer with a predilection for sleazy prostitutes. Set in Victorian London, this updated version of the Stevenson classic is a disappointment that is not enjoyable even on a camp level.
