REVIEW
Another small-to-big-screen casualty, "Frasier"'s Grammer forgoes his very funny TV persona for a smug submarine commander on his first, disaster-prone mission. The usual assortment of misfits and slackers are on hand, with a slightly bemused Grammer enduring his crew's shenanigans; after all, damn it, they're a great bunch of guys. Director Ward does manage to inject some humor, though for the most part the laughs are infrequent and when they do occur they are of the knucklehead variety.
