REVIEW
A gay man (King) and a lesbian (Foster) marry to prevent his deportation, and then fall in love, have kids and go straight -- each surrendering his/her sexual identity. The film uses the gay subtext simply as a gimmick, dwelling little on their original sexual orientation and more on their affair. Curtin is shrill and offensive as Foster's former lover; some of the other characters are merely stereotypes, as well. Addressing the sexual politics, the film is questionable in the notion that queers can be cured with a good heterosexual fuck. Politics, aside, it's just not funny,
