REVIEW
Once again a cyborg (Jolie) chooses a hero (Koteas) to be her protector as she tries to escape her creators. Koteas is no Van Damme, and this time it's the cyborg who's the fighting machine and routinely helps the hero out of hot spots. Palance periodically appears on video monitors as guidance for the desperate duo. The good effects make this slightly more enjoyable than the first film.
