McNamara plays a wise-cracking naval officer who gets paired up with a tough sergeant (Berenger) in order to escort a "sexy and sassy" prisoner (Eleniak) in this Last Detail rip-off. If you used your imagination to predict wild and wacky misadventures for the three to encounter, you'd be doing more than the screenwriters. With this cast you'd think there would be something of interest here. This film does prove one positive thing: Hopper must have a lot of devoted friends.
