REVIEW
The premise reeks of '60s dreck: Lollabrigida plays an Italian mother who has been accepting child support for 20 years from three American WWII vets -- who each thinks her daughter is his -- and now they are all returning for a reunion to her small village. But this one-joke comedy is a lot funnier than it has a right to be, for it is a constant source of well-earned laughs. Lollabrigida has probably never been funnier on screen, and she has the good fortune to play off the considerable comedic skills of a skilled supporting cast. You Might Also Like
