REVIEW
Chucky gets lucky in this third installment of the popular horror franchise, but so, too, does the viewer as director Yu and writer Don Mancini have created a campy, over-the-top horror comedy which piles on the laughs as much as the scares. Tilly is priceless as Tiffany, a black magic woman who brings Chucky back to life (after his demise in Child's Play 2). But Chucky has other plans, and soon, Tiffany is now a pint-sized dolly herself, and the deadly duo are on the road on a fun-packed killing spree. The deaths are imaginatively staged (though bloody and sick), and Chucky and Tiffany have a most amusing time with bad puns and badder attitudes. Put the logic on hold, and enjoy this for what it is -- a crazy, funny, irreverent gross-out fest. Better than either of its predecessors.
