Bliss (1997)

This sexually honest tale of love and commitment stars Lee as an obsessive/compulsive housewife whose confession to husband Sheffer that she's never had an orgasm (with him) leads to much soul-searching and psychoanalysis -- until he finds that she's sleeping with a sex therapist (Stamp) whose teachings skate along the edge of the law. Deciding that he'd rather be the one to help his wife come to terms with her frigidity, Sheffer enlists the therapist's aid in becoming a better lover, thus beginning a journey of sexual discovery that could heal them both. What would, in lesser hands, be yet another seamy, steamy B-video release is elevated to the level of a serious, well-mounted drama thanks to the sincerity of the cast and, above all, director Young's sensitive and intelligent script.
