REVIEW
This maliciously dark French comedy is told primarily from the point of view of a misanthropic bull terrier who gets bounced around to a series of different masters. Starting in the kennel, he is originally given as a present to the dowdy old mother of the pound owner's wife. But fate (or is it?) intervenes and he winds up with the sex obsessed couple next door, and then a sadistic young boy. Peppered with wry narration from the twisted mind of this pesky canine, the film points to the vicious behavior of humans and pets alike in this dog-eat-dog world. (French with English subtitles)
