Classic time-travel comedy with Fox as a teenager who travels back in time to 1955. There he interferes with the meeting of his parents, and is forced to play Cupid to his beautiful mom and nerdish dad. Lloyd is terrific as Fox's "crazy scientist" pal, and Glover and Thompson are his parents. An inventive, very funny and well-structured screenplay, nice special effects and a genuinely charismatic cast all contribute to the enjoyment level of this box-office smash. (Followed by 2 sequels)
