REVIEW
Penn's follow-up to Bonnie and Clyde was a film version of Guthrie's communal sing-along that accurately captures the cultural upheaval going on at the end of the 1960s. Quirky and entertaining, the film features a surprisingly downbeat ending proving to be more prophetic than the hyperbole of Easy Rider. (Contains footage not seen in the theatrical version)
