Who would imagine Vittorio De Sica directing Peter Sellers in a film scripted by Neil Simon? Well, here it is -- and not an unworthy effort, at that. Sellers is an ingenious convict who produces a film in order to cover up a big caper. As the movie star Sellers convinces to star in the "movie," Mature gets the most laughs just for being himself.
