Review

Jennifer is a very special woman: a talented photographer who has no problems meeting men and who also happens to have at least seven clitorides. Branded a genetic freak all her life, Jennifer offers up another perspective: she's the ultimate female who assertively satiates her sexual appetite by picking up men. Unfortunately, each encounter ends fatally, making it difficult for her to find "Mister Right." On the other side of town, Batz, who suffered a tragic accident to his genitals as a child, has been using experimental drugs to reinstate his girth and size. Current measurements are approximately 24 inches, but Batz's appendage is becoming so addicted to the drugs and sexual shenanigans that he's lost control. When Batz's house is chosen for a photo shoot, the couple's lives — and genitals — collide and it becomes apparent that they were made for each other. Director Frank Henenlotter returns with one of the most outrageously entertaining horror comedies of the year. Brimming with jaw-dropping humor and refreshingly raw, sexual dialogue, the film is anchored by a cast, who is more than willing to participate in unbelievable, mind-boggling scenarios. Amidst the cleavage and gore however, Henenlotter's affection for outsider characters, so relevant in his previous films Basket Case and Brain Damage, is wonderfully realized, demonstrating the director's craft in presenting some soul to all the eye candy.
